2017  Volunteer Commitments

For every family registered there is an expected Volunteer commitment of at least $500. Each event below is worth $250.  We asked that each family commits to at least 2 events.

There are a variety of volunteer options to sign up for and each position is described below. You are able to choose multiples of the same event.

·        Bingo each event worked is worth $250.00

·        Raffle Ticket Books event sell 5 Books of tickets $250.00

·        Monetary event $250.00 will be charged to your credit card and no further action will be requested of you.

LBA requires the help of many people to make each season successful. However, it also recognizes that people are unable or unwilling to volunteer their time and in these situations the Volunteer commitment fees will be charged to help offset the costs of running the baseball program. If you choose not to sign up for any events your credit card used will be charged $500.00

If you sign up for a position and cannot make it, you can send a friend or relative to fill in for you.

Cancellations: If there is no way you can fulfill a position you committed to please cancel l week in advance so someone else has a chance to fill the spot. If one week notice is not given your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Volunteer Commitments for Special Events as they become available will be updated and communicated on the website.
